Specialized welding

Our technical team is composed of Engineers certified by the welding standards: American Welding Society (AWS) and American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME Code) and a large pool of qualified welders for different procedures and materials.

World quality

AS9100 is a certification based on a standard published by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) entitled "Quality Systems-Aerospace-Quality Assurance Model in design, development, production, installation and service". The AS9100 standard includes ASQ 9001: 2008 with additional requirements specific to the aerospace industry. This certification is aimed at organizations that do business in the aerospace industry. The standard is based on organizational processes and emphasizes the need to meet internal, governmental and regulatory requirements.

It is an international standard whose objective is the administration of natural resources, waste management and interaction of the company with the environment, this as part of ACV's commitment to preserve the environment.

We are able to stamp and certify our boilers and their parts, in addition to external pipes under the ASME stamped S and ASME B31.1 certification, respectively, which we have obtained officially by the ASME organization (American Society of Mechanical Engineers).

It is an international standard that covers the requirements of documentation, standardization of processes and product in order to exceed the expectations and requirements of the customer through high quality products, delivery times, low costs, controlled processes, integration with other standards and international recognition.

We are able to stamp and certify our boilers and their parts, in addition to external pipes under the ASME stamped S and ASME B31.1 certification, respectively, which we have obtained officially by the ASME organization (American Society of Mechanical Engineers).

All our pressure vessels, boilers, external pipes for the same and their parts are manufactured in accordance with the ASME code, and are registered in the National Board (National Council for boilers and containers subject to pressure) and are supplied under the certifications ASME.
